Sabine Kossak

Dr. rer. nat., Dipl.-Chem.

Sabine Kossak’s practice involves patent prosecution and litigation in the fields of chemistry and material sciences. She has over 20 years of experience in intellectual property rights and an extensive knowledge of chemistry. A further focus of her practice is design prosecution before both EUIPO and WIPO, and design litigation.

Sabine Kossak is Vice-Chair of the GRUR Expert Committee for Design Law, member of the board of the German national group of AIPPI, the AIPPI Standing Committee “Digital Economy”, and the IPO Committee on Design Law. In addition, she is a speaker at various conferences and gives lectures on patent law.
