Albert K. Lindner

Dr. (Ph.D.)

Albert Lindner brings a wealth of experience in European patent law, particularly in the fields of life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and organic chemistry. His experience is based on many years of work at the European Patent Office, first as a patent examiner and later as Chairman of a Board of Appeal in the fields of life sciences and small organic molecules.

With his profound technical expertise and judicial background, he now advises clients on patent prosecution, opposition, and appeal proceedings at the European Patent Office and the UPC.

Having been a technical judge for many years, specialized in chemistry and life sciences, it is fascinating and inspiring for me to now use my professional insights on behalf of a patent law firm. Moving from behind the bench to working directly with clients and collaborating with top legal minds is a rewarding challenge, especially as the UPC shapes new case law.
