Julia Bernatska
Julia Bernatska is an attorney-at-law at BARDEHLE PAGENBERG focusing on patent litigation. As a member of a team of attorneys-at-law and patent attorneys, she represents national and international clients in patent infringement, enforcement, and nullity proceedings as well as entitlement actions and damages proceedings.
Based on her comprehensive legal knowledge, her supplementary degree as a business lawyer (University of Bayreuth) and experience in different technical areas including telecommunication, chemistry and life science, Julia Bernatska advises clients in the proceedings before the German national courts and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
Julia Bernatska is also a commercial mediator (“Munich education – Eidenmueller Hacke Fries”) and has particular experience in contractual practice, including FRAND negotiations.
