Julia Bernatska
Julia Bernatska is an attorney-at-law at BARDEHLE PAGENBERG focusing on patent litigation. As a member of a team of attorneys-at-law and patent attorneys, she advises national and international clients in classic patent litigation in different technical areas and rei vindication.
Prior to joining BARDEHLE PAGENBERG, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law and Commercial Law at the University of Bayreuth. She completed her legal clerkship, inter alia, at Siemens AG in Nuremberg and at the German-Irish Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Dublin.
In the context of her legal internship, Julia Bernatska successfully participated in the “Munich vocational education for commercial mediators”.
