What is it about?
In several decisions by the Court of Appeal, headnotes were issued that define the UPC’s approach, inter alia, to the two most controversial issues in validity proceedings: inventive step and added matter. In this webinar, our speakers Johannes Heselberger and Dr. Georg Anetsberger analyze and compare the UPC’s approach to these issues to EPO and German case law.
