Karin Thanbichler-Brandl
Karin Thanbichler-Brandl’s main areas of practice relate to litigation and advice in matters of trademark and unfair competition law.
She has represented a client in major litigation proceedings between two global players in the fast food sector and is involved in on-going litigation between market-leading manufacturers of household cleaning products, with clients in these cases being advised on complex issues of unfair competition and advertising. Together with her team, she has obtained a number of preliminary injunctions.
Being part of BARDEHLE PAGENBERG’s soft IP team, I am happy to contribute my years of experience to leading our clients to success in trademark and unfair competition matters.
