Carolin Thurner
Carolin Thurner is a member of BARDEHLE PAGENBERG’s Soft IP team and advises national and international clients in the areas of trademark, design and competition law.
In addition to providing strategic advice on filing, obtaining and enforcing trademark and design rights with the offices at national (DMPA) and European level (EUIPO), she also represents her clients in court in contentious trademark, design and competition matters
Strong trademarks and designs don’t happen by chance. I combine strategy, precision, and the determination of a former athlete to protect them with foresight and the necessary speed.
