Elisabeth Richter

Dr. rer. nat., M. Sc. (Physics)

Elisabeth contributes her scientific expertise in solid-state and semiconductor physics, nanostructure technology, and low-temperature physics to complex patent grant, opposition, nullity, and infringement proceedings. Since 2025, she has supported clients in strategically building and securing patent portfolios on a national and European level. Elisabeth acts on behalf of international groups and SME as well as start-ups within Europe and beyond.

Elisabeth is an experiential physicist and author of publications in leading journals. She earned her doctoral degree at the University of Regensburg on quantum transport in topological insulators, gaining several years of hands-on experience in cleanroom fabrication. As an experienced supervisor of scientific publications and speaker at international workshops, she specializes in crystallizing the gist of complex technical concepts into precise, effective arguments. Her extraordinary multilingualism, including a proficiency in English, French, and Spanish, broadens her perspective on the international dimensions of intellectual property.
