Maximilian Vieweg’s practice and experience cover the complete range of drafting patents, guiding the patent application along the prosecution path up to the stage of patent granting as well as any subsequent opposition proceedings.

He assists and advises clients in examination proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office.

Maximilian Vieweg is also involved in infringement issues and contributes his technical expertise, particularly in the field of mechanical engineering. Maximilian Vieweg has authored 12 scientific papers during his career path so far.
