Working for our firm, you will be given exciting responsibilities in the fields of patent, trademark, copyright or design law. Our main areas of specialism include, not only applications, but also enforcing and defending intellectual property rights before the courts as well as analyzing and challenging the adversary’s legal position. 

Even if you are just starting out as a young lawyer or trainee patent attorney, you can expect to learn about a lot of interesting aspects with us: you will come into contact with our international clientele early on and will have the opportunity to learn about applying for intellectual property rights as well as all aspects of contentious proceedings, thus allowing you to also gain an understanding of the economic context and develop a business-minded approach.

We offer our attorneys continuous professional development, for example through our IP Academy with top-class speakers.

Similarly, our patent law clerks, paralegals, and administrative colleagues work independently to a large extent and are also continuously kept up to date with internal or external training courses; they are also themselves able to develop new solutions to ensure a productive and pleasant working environment.
