Pascal Böhner’s main areas of practice involve advising clients and conducting litigation in matters of unfair competition, trademark, design and domain names. In these fields he is involved in judicial and extrajudicial enforcement and defense of the intellectual property rights of a number of the firm’s clients, particularly in the fashion, entertainment and sports equipment sectors. A significant area of his work relates to domain name issues where he advises clients not only on managing domain names, but also on the “new” domain name extensions (new TLDs) and represents the firm’s clients in Alternative Dispute Resolution Proceedings. His other areas of practice include advising clients in matters relating to licensing and distribution agreements, particularly with respect to antitrust and compliance issues.
