Dr. Tobias Wuttke is an attorney-at-law who specializes in national and cross-border patent litigation. Influential rankings confirm his reputation as one of Germany’s leading patent litigators. Tobias Wuttke’s expertise stems from hundreds of patent infringement and validity proceedings. He advises blue chip companies acting on a global level, innovative SMEs, and start-ups in the areas of telecommunications (SEPs in particular), medical technology, automotive, and life sciences.
