Nadine Westermeyer
Nadine Westermeyer has been working as an attorney-at-law specializing in intellectual property law since 2009. She advises and represents German and international clients in matters of patent and utility model law in particular. The main areas of her practice include providing legal advice and representing clients in national infringement proceedings and in infringement proceedings relating to cross-border actions. Her practice as an attorney-at-law also involves handling preliminary injunction proceedings as well as advising and representing clients in proceedings relating to the assignment of patent rights due to unlawful usurpation. A further area of her practice involves representing clients in litigation regarding damages and preparing opinions on issues of infringement and legal validity. As a member of a team of attorneys-at-law and patent attorneys, she also assists in opposition and nullity proceedings.
