Jonathan Steinberg's practice focuses on drafting patent applications and assisting clients in examination proceedings before the European and German Patent Offices. In addition, he deals with infringement and validity matters as well as with opposition proceedings, appeal proceedings and nullity proceedings.

Jonathan Steinberg's work draws on his extensive knowledge in his technical specializations in quantum physics and mathematics, in particular in the field of quantum computing and quantum error correction.
