Jonathan Steinberg
Dr. rer. nat., M.Sc. (Physics)
Jonathan Steinberg's practice focuses on drafting patent applications and assisting clients in examination proceedings before the European and German Patent Offices. In addition, he deals with infringement and validity matters as well as with opposition proceedings, appeal proceedings and nullity proceedings.
Jonathan Steinberg's work draws on his extensive knowledge in his technical specializations in quantum physics and mathematics, in particular in the field of quantum computing and quantum error correction.
Quantum physics and innovative ideas have in common that the whole can be more than just the sum of its parts. My technical expertise allows me to grasp the details and subtleties of an invention without losing sight of the idea as a whole, thus ensuring the best possible scope of protection for our clients.
