Saskia Mertsching

Saskia Mertsching advises national and international clients with a focus on patent litigation. As a member of a mixed team of attorneys-at-law and patent attorneys, she represents clients in proceedings before national courts as well as the Unified Patent Court (UPC), including in preliminary injunction and infringement proceedings. In addition, Saskia advises clients on all matters relating to the licensing and assignment of patents. Her work focuses on software, semiconductor technologies, and telecommunications.
Prior to joining BARDEHLE PAGENBERG, Saskia acquired expertise intellectual property law and patent litigation as attorney-at-law with two well-known German IP boutiques.
