Johannes Lang’s main areas of practice involve conducting patent litigation before the national courts in Germany and the Unified Patent Court, patent nullity proceedings before the German Federal Patent Court, the German Federal Court of Justice and the Unified Patent Court as well as German and European patent opposition and appeal proceedings.
