
Amelia Saskia Jülich
Dr. (PhD), Dipl.-Ing.
Saskia Jülich joined the patent profession in 2007 as a patent examiner at the European Patent Office, where she worked in various mechanical fields such as civil engineering and medical mechanics in Search, Examination and Opposition. At the EPO, she was also active in the internal training department as an instructor and training designer. With her in-depth knowledge of the procedures at the EPO, she understands what is written between the lines when interacting with the examiners.
Before joining the EPO, Saskia Jülich obtained a PhD in France and studied in Germany, Italy and Russia. In 2024, she left the EPO to broaden her knowledge of the patent world and to take on new challenges.
