As an attorney-at-law, Ann-Christine Hug advises national and international clients in the field of intellectual property, focusing particularly on patent litigation and the interface with antitrust law and unfair competition law. As a member of a mixed team of attorneys-at-law and patent attorneys, she advises national and international clients particularly in patent litigation proceedings in different technical areas. One of her main areas of practice is the representation of patent pools and the enforcement of standard-essential patents as well as all related antitrust issues.
Ann-Christine Hug has particular experience in the fields of pharma & life sciences, medical devices, consumer electronics and electrical engineering.
