Dominik Woll advises German and international clients on issues of patent litigation and technology-related copyright law, competition law and antitrust law. Together with other attorneys-at-law and patent attorneys from the team, he is involved in cases relating to patent and copyright infringements as well as competition law, frequently on a transnational level. He also draws up expert opinions on possible IP infringements.
