Dr. Philipe Kutschke’s practice focuses on the entire field of contentious and non-contentious matters relating to trademark, design, copyright and competition law. This involves providing not only strategic advice on developing, applying for and managing cross-border IP portfolios, but also advice on and representation in national and international legal proceedings to enforce IP rights as well as (parallel) objection, nullity and cancellation proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office as well as the Office for Harmonization of the Internal Market (trademarks and designs) in Alicante.

He has experience in numerous sectors, including those relating to sports equipment, consumer electronics, IT (including software), medical technology, machinery and plant engineering, food and drinks, fashion and the automotive industry.

Dr. Philipe Kutschke is a lecturer at the Technical University of Munich where he regularly gives talks on trademark, design and competition law. He is also a lecturer at the University of Applied Management in Erding, where his talks focus on design law. In addition, he gives presentations for BARDEHLE PAGENBERG’s “IP Akademie” as well as at international conferences.
