Henrik Skødt

Ph.D. in chemistry

Henrik Skødt has worked with all aspects of intellectual property relating to pharmaceutical inventions, including SPCs. At Novartis, he was responsible for EPO oppositions and therefore has substantial experience both in arguing cases before the Opposition Divisions and Boards of Appeal of the EPO and in working with the commercial aspects of pharmaceutical patenting.

In addition to working in contentious proceedings, he maintains his drafting and prosecution skills when assisting clients in protecting their innovations. He strongly believes in working closely with each individual client to find the best filing strategy for the client, with the client’s business taking center stage in determining the strategy.
