Claudio Reineke is a member of the Soft IP team at BARDEHLE PAGENBERG.
He advises national and international clients on all aspects of trademark, design, and competition law. His clients include both multi-national corporations and innovative start-ups.
In addition to strategically advising on filing, obtaining, and enforcing trademark and design rights with the national (DMPA) and European (EUIPO) offices, Claudio Reineke also represents clients in litigious trademark, design and competition matters.
After having graduated from the Universities of Bayreuth and Lausanne (CH), he obtained his Master's degree specializing in intellectual property law at the University of Cape Town (South Africa).
