Sarah Patterson is a European Patent Attorney with previous experience in the areas of batteries, carbon capture technologies, advanced coolants, food chemistry, pharmaceuticals and life sciences.
She has advised large multinationals and SMEs across the full patent lifecycle from patentability searches, drafting, prosecution, freedom to operate searches and opinions regarding risk of infringement. Sarah Patterson currently works alongside Henrik Skødt working in contentious proceedings for the chemical and life science industry.
