Ann-Kathrin Michel is a physicist with a Master of Laws degree in European Intellectual Property Law. She focuses on patent prosecution and client counseling in a variety of technical disciplines.
Ann-Kathrin Michel has experience in most aspects of the patent profession, including patent prosecution, opposition and opposition appeal proceedings, as well as the provision of infringement and validity opinions. Her background is based on many years of experience gained in national and international law firms, an in-house patent department of a German wind turbine manufacturer, and research in the field of multifunctional nanostructures.
