Ingo Lummer

Ingo Lummer is a German, Swiss and European Patent Attorney. Based on his background as a mechanical engineer specializing in micro and nano systems and biomedical engineering, he regularly advises companies in the fields of semiconductors, medical technology and mechanical engineering.

In his practice, Ingo Lummer advises large multinational co-operations, investors, start-ups, small and medium enterprises on contentious matters, particularly on opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Offices, nullity proceedings before the German Federal Patent Court and patent infringement proceedings before the relevant German civil courts (in cooperation with our team of attorneys-at-law). In addition, he regularly drafts and prosecutes patent applications before the European and German Patent Offices.
