Henri Kirner

Henri Kirner represents national and international clients (both plaintiffs and defendants), particularly in patent infringement proceedings. His practice focuses on cross-border matters, especially on complex issues of jurisdiction and applicable law. He has a particular interest in the intersection of patent and antitrust law. He is active in proceedings before German courts, the Unified Patent Court, and in arbitration proceedings.

Henri Kirner advises clients in various technical industries, including automotive, semiconductor technology, AI technology, and telecommunications.
