Monika Harten is an attorney-at-law focusing on patent litigation. As a member of a team consisting of attorneys-at-law and patent attorneys, she advises national and international clients in patent litigation cases at national courts and the Unified Patent Court.
Prior to joining BARDEHLE PAGENBERG, Monika Harten worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Private Law and Intellectual Property Law, with Information and IT Law, at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) in Munich as well as in the patent litigation team of an international law firm.
She studied law in Germany, China, and the U.S. and completed her legal clerkship with rotations at a patent litigation chamber at the District Court Munich I, the patent litigation team of another international law firm, and the European Commission in Brussels.
