Benedikt Dellen is a lawyer and a biochemist. His scientific training affords him a unique insight into his clients’ strategic interests. He possesses extensive experience directing complex multi-jurisdictional patent infringement litigations across Europe and the United States.
His core practice is patent litigation, particularly in the field of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, aerospace, and the semiconductor industry.
Prior to studying law at Humboldt University of Berlin, Benedikt earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biochemistry from the University of St Andrews in Scotland.
