BARDEHLE PAGENBERG elevates its patent litigation group by hiring Michael Horndasch

BARDEHLE PAGENBERG further grows its team by hiring Michael Horndasch, an experienced patent attorney, as of June 1. A specialist in electrical engineering and communication technology, he changes firm from a renowned IP boutique, joining the Munich office of BARDEHLE PAGENBERG.

In his every-day work as a patent attorney, Michael Horndasch covers vast areas of electrical engineering, particularly electronics and telecommunications. 

Due to his studies of electrical engineering and telecommunications, he has well-founded knowledge of communication technology, software engineering and software as well as database and software design. In terms of hardware, Michael Horndasch can also draw on comprehensive experience in modelling radio-frequency antenna arrays and developing prototypes thereof. 

He contributes this technological know-how to complex cross-border patent infringement proceedings, overseeing parallel invalidity proceedings. His insights from these proceedings additionally enhance his competence in handling grant procedures.
