The trend of growth at BARDEHLE PAGENBERG steadily continues towards the end of this year: The firm adds the young attorney Carolin Thurner and the experienced patent attorney Dr. Wolfgang Flasche to its Munich team. Additionally, highly motivated talent joins the teams of candidates and paralegals.

Carolin Thurner Carolin Thurner starts her career as an attorney focusing on trademark and design law at BARDEHLE PAGENBERG. She studied law in Munich, specializing in Intellectual Property and Unfair Competition Law. Carolin Thurner has already gained experience in trademark law, having worked at renowned international law firms. She worked as a research associate at Reed Smith and Taylor Wessing in Munich, and as a legal trainee at Noerr in Munich and Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Sydney. | |
Dr. Wolfgang Flasche Dr. Wolfgang Flasche earned a doctorate degree in chemistry and has worked as a European Patent Attorney in international industry for almost 2 decades. He specializes in developing IP strategy, focusing on risk management on the one hand and expansion and scaling potential for patent applicants and innovators on the other hand. In this context, he built and developed the portfolio of Immatics Biotechnologies GmbH in various technological fields for 16 years, and negotiated comprehensive licensing and cooperation agreements with large pharma companies. Additionally, Dr. Wolfgang Flasche focuses on extensive FTO searches and analyses. As he trained in Germany, Russia, and Switzerland, the strong point of his counseling work is the international and strategic perspective on his clients’ cases. |
