Henry Selby-Lowndes

B.Sc. (Physics)

Based on his background in Physics and over a decade of experience in IP, Henry Selby-Lowndes’ specialist fields are electrical engineering and computer science with a particular emphasis on mobile telecommunications, computer hardware and software, and medical technology. He is also active in the field of mechanical engineering.

In addition to prosecution work, other key areas of his practice as a European Patent Attorney are opposition, appeal, invalidity and infringement proceedings in addition to drafting validity and infringement opinions.

Besides representing several multinational corporations, Henry Selby-Lowndes also has extensive experience of advising start-ups, university spin-offs and sole inventors with respect to their IP.
