On May 8, 2013, the German Federal Supreme Court decided not to allow Ritter Schönbuch Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG, Waldenbuch, to appeal a decision of the Cologne Appeal Court that BARDEHLE PAGENBERG obtained in March 2012 (Case 6 U 159/11), dismissing all asserted claims for injunctive relief and damages against Kraft Foods Deutschland GmbH (now: Mondelez Deutschland GmbH), Bremen, due to alleged 3D trademark infringement and unfair competition (for details see here).
