Maggie Huang

Maggie Huang is one of the few Chinese speaking patent attorneys in Germany with both the German patent attorney and European patent attorney qualifications. She can represent clients before the German Patent Office, the European Patent Office, the (German) Federal Patent Court, and the (German) Federal Court of Justice in patent disputes. She also regularly works together with attorneys-at-law on infringement cases in all instances before the German civil courts.

Maggie Huang has a background in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science. Her main areas of practice include patent prosecution, opposition and appeal proceedings, as well as infringement and nullity complaints. Before becoming a patent attorney, she gained five years of work experience in the automotive industry.
