Philipp Bovenkamp handles comprehensive patent prosecution proceedings before the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trade Mark Office on behalf of our clients.
His work further focuses on the analysis of intellectual property rights in the context of infringement and validity opinions and on handling complex patent infringement and invalidity proceedings before national courts and the Unified Patent Court on behalf of our clients. The technical focus of his work for our clients is on telecommunications, data processing and coding, (micro) electronics, medical devices, and mechanics.
He acquired the necessary technical knowledge through his years of working for our clients and his studies of physics (fields of focus: medical physics, solid-state physics, and nanotechnology).
