›Design – What's that?‹
Products often fascinate by their design. Frequently, designs become icons or convert into trademarks. What are, however, the ingredients for a successful process of “shape forming”? How do history, socialization, the “Zeitgeist” but also language, taste and technology interact in this respect? And how is a “successful design” to be sold? How can it be evaluated and best protected against imitation?
These are some exemplary questions which were treated and discussed with our speakers on the occasion of the “BARDEHLE PAGENBERG Symposium 2012” – at the inter-face of design, technology and the law.
A lively exchange during the breaks and final discussion was followed by a musical performance of Prinzregententheater and a reception at the BARDEHLE PAGENBERG Lounge.
