Further legal support for the BARDEHLE PAGENBERG team in Munich and Hamburg

The interdisciplinary BARDEHLE PAGENBERG team also continues to grow in the second half of 2025: The law firm welcomes Henri Kirner to Munich and Max Niklas Weiler to Hamburg, two young lawyers who will add their expertise to the IP team.

Henri Kirner
Attorney-at-Law (Rechtsanwalt), UPC Representative, Munich office

Henri Kirner focused on international commercial law and dispute resolution during his legal studies in Würzburg and Munich. He received various scholarships for his studies and doctorate and was awarded by the Law Alumni Association of the University of Würzburg for his exam performance.

He gained experience through research and teaching as a research assistant at Chairs of Commercial Law, Intellectual Property, and European Law in Würzburg and Munich. 

Alongside his work as an attorney at BARDEHLE PAGENBERG, he is currently preparing his dissertation defense in arbitration and antitrust law.

Max Niklas Weiler
Attorney-at-Law (Rechtsanwalt), UPC Representative, Senior Associate, Hamburg office

Max Weiler is an experienced lawyer with a focus on complex patent litigation. His work covers in particular international proceedings in the fields of telecommunications, semiconductors and medical technology. He previously worked for a leading international US law firm, where he deepened his expertise in US law through a secondment in New York.

He has extensive experience in infringement and invalidity proceedings before all the relevant German courts – including the German Federal Patent Court, the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office, and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

Max Weiler already focused on patent law during his legal studies and gained international experience through stints in London and Buenos Aires.
