Burga Lenz
Burga Lenz advises clients as an attorney-at-law in design, trademark, copyright and unfair competition law. She supports and represents her clients in the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement and defense of their intellectual property rights. In addition to other sectors, she regularly advises companies in the toy and food industries as well as the technology and electronics sectors.
Prior to her role as an attorney-at-law, Burga Lenz gained experience at BARDEHLE PAGENBERG as a research associate and trainee lawyer in the field of intellectual property law. During her legal clerkship, she also gained practical experience at a law firm specializing in corporate law, which sharpened her eye for corporate structures and thereby enriches her advisory practice in intellectual property law.
Burga Lenz studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, where she specialized in “Foundations of Law.” This academic background enables her to approach complex, cross-disciplinary legal questions with methodical precision – including those involving private international law or foreign legal systems.
