Jana H. Zhang
M.Sc. (Biomedical Engineering), B.Sc. (Electrical Engineering)
Jana Zhang’s technical background is in electrical and biomedical engineering, with a specialization in biomedical imaging. Before joining the field of patent law, she worked as a researcher in the field of magnetic resonance imaging at the university hospital Lausanne.
Alongside her technical expertise, Jana is experienced in journalism and science communication, allowing her to present complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner for diverse audiences.
Jana’s practice focuses on drafting patent applications and assisting clients in examination proceedings before the European and German Patent Offices. In addition, she deals with infringement and validity matters as well as with opposition, appeal, and nullity proceedings.
