
Selina Hanauer
As an attorney-at-law, Selina Hanauer advises in the areas of unfair competition, trademark and design law, as well as copyright law. In addition to strategic advice on the registration of trademarks and designs, her practice includes the litigation-based enforcement of intellectual property rights and claims under unfair competition law.
Before joining BARDEHLE PAGENBERG, she worked as a legal assistant and legal clerk in the area of intellectual property law. She completed her legal clerkship in Munich and New York. Before studying law, she completed her studies in advertising and market communication.
In parallel to her work at BARDEHLE PAGENBERG, Selina Hanauer is pursuing her doctoral dissertation on a topic in trademark law.
