In his daily work, Dr. Johannes Scholz applies his expertise as patent engineer in the various fields of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, thin-film technology, in particular in the field of glass manufacturing and refinement, electrical engineering and medical engineering. Further, due to his PhD in Biophysics, he can refer to an in-depth knowledge in the fields of magnetic resonance imaging and biophysics.
His main area of practice is drafting of patent applications and assisting clients in grant procedure. Furthermore, he contributes his expertise in opposition and patent infringement proceedings for the respective technologies.
