Marie-Claude Pellegrini has vast experience in intellectual property law, particularly in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, enforcing patent rights, licensing, managing and auditing patent portfolios, freedom-to-operate studies, patent infringement and validity litigation, including opposition and appeal proceedings at the European Patent Office, and IP-related contracts.
Her technical fields of expertise particularly include computer science, electronics, information technology and telecommunications, smart cards, mechanics, the automotive field and aeronautics.
Marie-Claude Pellegrini is a member of the INPI (French Patent and Trademark Office) Board of Examiners for the exam leading to registration on the list of qualified Intellectual Property professionals specializing in patents, as well as a tutor for Paper C of the European Qualification Examination within the French Association of Industrial Property Experts (ASPI [Association Française des Spécialistes en Propriété Industrielle de l’Industrie]).
