Axel Munier has acquired solid contentious and non-contentious experience in all areas of intellectual property law, particularly in trademarks, designs, copyright and unfair competition. His practice focuses on national and multi-jurisdictional litigation in proceedings before civil, commercial and criminal courts, as well as the French and European intellectual property offices, and in domain name disputes.

He assists a broad range of intellectual property stakeholders, with a particular focus on international clients, in a variety of sectors, including automotive, electronics, sport, fashion and design.

Axel Munier also regularly advises clients on ancillary issues relating to consumer and distribution law, product regulatory requirements and customs duties.

A further area of his practice includes anti-counterfeiting, in which he assists clients in designing and implementing effective strategies to combat product piracy.
