The focus of Sebastian Müller’s activities is in the field of drafting patent applications and assisting our clients in grant procedure before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office in the field of sports equipment and in various fields of telecommunication technologies. Furthermore, Sebastian Müller has a in-depth technical expertise in the field of nanotechnology and particularly nanophotonics, nanoelectronics and semiconductor physics, which he puts to use in supporting our clients as a technology expert.
His previous consulting experience further enables him to offer qualified support and advice to our clients, in particular in conducting comprehensive national and international patent searches. Moreover, he contributes his expertise in opposition and patent infringement proceedings for the respective technologies.
Sebastian Müller is a member of the German Physical Society (DPG) and a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
