After obtaining his Master’s degree in electronic engineering focusing on electronic design automation at the Technical University of Munich, Hendrik Bratsch worked at a major Korean company in Suwon, South Korea, in the field of software tools verifying the signal integrity in circuits.

Due to this technical background in both the fields of computer science and electrical engineering, his main areas of practice focus on drafting and prosecuting patent applications before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office regarding computer implemented inventions, telecommunications engineering, and semiconductor devices. Furthermore, they include opposition and nullity proceedings as well as technical advice in infringement proceedings.

Having interned at a Korean law firm, Hendrik Bratsch also has the expertise to assist Korean clients in solving issues arising from the differences between Korean and European patent law.
