With more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of IP and IT law, Peter Chrocziel counsels large international companies, especially in the technology, automotive and pharma industries. In doing so, he assists his clients in enforcing their IP rights.

Peter Chrocziel is especially active for clients from the US and Asia in a number of typically cross-border patent infringement procedures. His clients value his experience and knowledge of US law. In addition to that, he is also an expert for arbitration proceedings in intellectual property and has also published in that area.

A further emphasis of his professional activities is on antitrust counselling, be it with regard to licensing or in court proceedings. He has also advised on FRAND issues and represented clients in such proceedings.

Furthermore, Peter Chrocziel is active for a number of clients in their worldwide IP transactional activities. This includes corporate transactions with a focus on the area of IP/IT as well as research and development agreements and counselling in complex corporate transactions.

Recommended by practice area guides as a "go-to guy" for both intellectual property and information technology, Peter Chrocziel is recognised as "a high-calibre practitioner" and is regularly listed as a recommended expert for litigation and licensing.
