In order to further improve the quality of our legal services, BARDEHLE PAGENBERG has introduced a Quality Management System (QMS) based on the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
The ISO 9001 standard relates to the central collection and monitoring of the firm’s relevant work processes and core activities. Regular sampling allows the various results of the firm's work to be monitored and evaluated with regard to the quality of organization, in order to quickly remedy any apparent organizational deficiencies. In this respect, any complaints received from clients are also taken into account. Our Quality Management also monitors external service partners, such as our foreign partner offices and research bureaus.
The QMS is regularly reviewed by a competent working group within the firm, as well as by external auditors for the purpose of recertification.
The Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 does not concern the professional qualifications of the attorneys and legal staff.
