David Soler Vilamitjana

Dr. (PhD)

David Soler is a European patent attorney whose work focuses on patent drafting and prosecution before the European Patent Office, mainly in the fields of renewable energy, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, and semiconductor technology. David Soler also conducts patentability searches and supports oppositions.

During his career as an in-house IP professional, David Soler has acquired knowledge in areas such as freedom-to-operate analysis, patent portfolio management, employee inventions, patent litigation or trade-secrets.

Over several years of academic and scientific research, David Soler has acquired broad knowledge in physics and electronics engineering, which enables him to work in a wide range of technical areas.
