Sebastian Rieger’s work focuses on supporting clients from drafting patent applications through to the grant in the examination proceedings before the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trade Mark Office. Additionally, he contributes to infringement and validity matters as well as appeal and nullity proceedings.
For that purpose, he brings to the table his technological and legal expertise from his academic career as well as his work in patent and trademark law during his vocational education. Sebastian Rieger draws on extensive know-how on his technological specializations in the fields of medical physics, nanotechnology (from preparatory chemistry through to nanoelectronics), semiconductor technology, and optoelectronics.
