Cristina Muñoz Menéndez’ work focuses on patent drafting and prosecution before the European Patent Office and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office in a variety of technical fields including telecommunications, mechanical engineering, renewable energy, and automotive technology. She also performs patentability and freedom to operate searches and prepares opinions regarding risk of infringement. Cristina Muñoz Menéndez has also supported our team in infringement and nullity proceedings in the area of telecommunication technologies.
During several years of international academic and scientific research experience, Cristina Muñoz Menéndez has acquired broad knowledge in physics which enables her to work in many different technical areas.
