In his daily work, Daniel Werner focuses on patent application procedures, infringement and nullity complaints, patentability and validity opinions as well as opposition and appeal proceedings before the competent European and German Offices and German Courts.

Daniel Werner draws on his technical knowledge from his studies of electrical engineering and information technology, from his experience as a research assistant in the field of e mobility, and his activities as a patent engineer with a renowned Munich-based patent and law firm.

Apart from electrical engineering and information technology, he is also specialized in telecommunications and mobile communication (mobile communication standards), soft- and hardware (e. g. computers, smart phones and tablets), signal processing (such as image, speech and video encoding), electric machines and actuators as well as fields of manufacturing engineering, for example in textile and fashion manufacturing.
